KadaKareer’s Virtual Apprenticeship (VirApp) is a digital-first, real-world learning experience for Kadets and fresh graduates. The program allows Kadets to collaborate with partner Kollabs on real business challenges, helping them build industry knowledge, strengthen soft and hard skills, and enhance their resumes and portfolios.

The VirApp is completely FREE for all Kadets who want to participate.
The VirApp runs for 5 weeks. Over that time, Kadets will be expected to deliver various outputs related to the Challenge Brief given to them by our partner companies -- our Kollabs. We expect that the VirApp will take roughly 4-5 hours a week.
If Kadets are able to submit all of the required outputs successfully, they get a certificate of completion, work experience to add to their portfolios, and a chance to be considered for further opportunities with our Kollabs.
During the program, you will have the support of two of KadaKareer’s expert Coaches, who have experience and knowledge within your Challenge’s topic area. These Coaches will be available for individual sessions through the KadaKareer platform, and will also host 1-hour weekly “Feedback Sessions” which all Kadets are invited to and encouraged to attend.
As the VirApp is only a project-based program and not a full-time role, work that you do will not count towards your OJT requirements.
The program is completely flexible! You’re allowed to work on your own time and pace as long as you complete all of the challenges within 5 weeks.
