What is a digital career?
Digital careers use the internet and technology to deliver work and provide new services or functions. These careers are enabled uniquely through the digital revolution that is taking hold of the Philippines!
Am I eligible to join KadaKareer?
Whether you're a Filipino high school/college student or an employee, you are eligible to join. We have no minimum or maximum age requirement as long as you're willing to learn!
What will I get out of KadaKareer?
You will receive personalized coaching from industry experts, resources for exploring various digital careers, and a community of like-minded peers interested in the technology and the digital space!
How much does KadaKareer’s program cost?
KadaKareer’s platform is absolutely FREE! You can access all our resources, our coach connector and more when you sign up!
Does KadaKareer’s platform work on mobile phones?
Yes! KadaKareer works on both iOS and Android devices.
What events can I join as a Kadet?
KadaKareer hosts Kadapunan, a Kada-wide gathering with our whole Kommunity, every Sunday, from 9-10 pm! This event serves as an opportunity to meet new friends and create new connections. You also get to learn new skills and meet members of the Kada Krew! Besides this, we have frequent webinars and workshops on our Facebook page.
How do I get in touch with KadaKareer's coaches?
You may access our Coach Connector by clicking "View Platform" at the top right of this page. We also frequently host events, such as Ready, Set, Coach!, our Kadet-Coach Speed Dating event which groups our Kadets with our impressive list of coaches. You can learn about the next series of Coach events through our Facebook page or Discord.
Can anyone be a Kadet?
As long you are hoping to advance your career journey and are a part of our Discord or Facebook Group, you’re a Kadet! The best part? All of this is absolutely free, so invite all your friends!
How many hours in a week do I need to spend on Coaching sessions?
Here at KadaKareer, We value your time, Koach! Once you are given access to the platform, You can update your schedule availability for Coaching Sessions based on the time that works for you. Our Kada Coaches usually allot 2 hours every week for coaching sessions.
What are the common majors of the Kadets (students)?
The majority of our Kadets are majoring in CS, Engineering, Management, and IT for college students while STEM for SHS students.
How does KadaKareer support Coaches in their professional development?
KadaKareer provides free training to help our Coaches become better Coaches. Joining the Kommunity will help grow your network as you meet professionals like you from different companies with similar career backgrounds (or different). A robust body of research currently exists that draws a strong connection between coaching and eventual career performance and satisfaction.
How do I become a KadaKareer Coach?
Send an email to team@kadakareer.com expressing your intent to be a KadaKareer Koach. Once we receive your email intent, the Coach Engagement Team will reach out to you to schedule a quick meet and greet online, next is complete the self-paced Space Training Kit on the platform. Lastly, attend the scheduled onboarding and live training session.
